New Machine Embroidery Projects for Autumn

I can't believe that November is hear, this year has gone by way to fast.  Anyway I've been working on some projects for Autumn, a table topper and a wall hanging, both turned out great.




















The table topper is a machine embroidery file.  The edges are satin stitch and the leaf veins are bean stitch.  I used a variegated thread for the veins and it looks great!

I just finished the wall hanging this past weekend, it's an applique project.  I used my Bosskut Gazelle to cut the fabric for the applique ..... love this, it's quick, accurate, and a lot less stress on my hands (no more cutting).  Hear are some photos:
 
















I didn't have enough fabric to complete the back so I improvised by doing some creative patchwork, and I must say, I think it turned out great.
