Tulip Wreath Cutting File

With Spring well underway in most of the country and tulips popping up all over this inspired me to design a tulip themed cutting file. Tulips are a long time favorite of mine and I even had them in my wedding bouquet, by the way, that's not me in the LO below.

I used 3 different colors for the tulips but you could cut each tulip in the same color or make each one a different color. Chalk was added to the edges of the tulips and the leaves for extra detail.

I finished it off by going over each edge with a gel glitter pen. It's hard to see in this photo but believe me it looks great!
